In HIPAA Mode, all analytics cookies are disabled on form pages automatically.

Stripe: If a form includes a payment field, Stripe may set cookies for fraud prevention and payment processing. These are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Google Fonts: Our marketing site loads the Material Symbols Outlined icon font from Google Fonts, which may set cookies. No other Google services are used.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Note that blocking essential cookies may prevent you from using BizForms.
