Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly: account registration details (name, email address), workspace and form configurations, and billing information processed by Stripe — we do not store payment card numbers. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and error logs to improve the service.

When you create forms using BizForms, your respondents may submit personal data. You are the data controller for that information; BizForms acts as a data processor. In Storage Mode (end-to-end encryption), responses are encrypted client-side before transmission — BizForms cannot read the content of encrypted responses.

We use collected information to provide, maintain, and improve the service; process transactions; send transactional emails; respond to support requests; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from your workspace settings or by emailing privacy@bizforms.io.

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (with your consent) to understand how the product is used. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have rights to access, rectify, erase, and port your personal data. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available to Business plan customers. Contact us at privacy@bizforms.io to exercise your rights.
