Terms of Service

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at security@bizforms.io.

You may use BizForms for lawful purposes only. You may not use the service to collect data without lawful basis, send unsolicited communications, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, or violate any applicable law.

You retain ownership of all content and response data you collect through BizForms. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service. We do not use your form response data to train AI models.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for paid plans but do not guarantee it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted, unless you export it first.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Saasemi is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration, except for injunctive relief sought in a court of competent jurisdiction.
