Audit Log
Track all significant actions in your workspace with the immutable audit log.
Open in appThe Audit Log provides an immutable record of significant actions performed in your workspace. It answers "who did what, and when" — essential for compliance, incident investigation, and accountability.
Available on: Pro and Business plans.
Accessing the Audit Log
Go to Settings → Audit Log. Only workspace Owners and Admins can view the audit log.
What's logged
Form activity

Reading an audit log entry
Each entry includes:
- Timestamp — date and time in UTC
- Actor — the user who performed the action (name + email)
- Action — what happened
- Target — the form, response, or setting affected
- IP address — origin IP of the request
- Details — additional context (e.g. which fields were changed)
Filtering and searching
Use the date range picker, actor filter, and event type filter to narrow down the log. The search bar filters by actor name, target name, or event type.
Exporting the audit log
Click Export → CSV to download a filtered or complete export of the audit log. Exports are timestamped and retained for your compliance records.
Retention
Audit log entries are retained for 2 years on the Business plan. After that, entries are archived and available on request.
