Introduction to BizForms

BizForms is an AI-powered form builder built for teams that need to collect data securely. It combines a drag-and-drop form canvas with AI generation, end-to-end encryption, conditional logic, built-in payments, and compliance controls — all in one product.

Key concepts

Workspaces

A workspace is the top-level container for your forms, team members, and settings. Think of it like your organisation's account. Everything — forms, responses, branding, billing — belongs to a workspace.

When you sign up, BizForms automatically creates your first workspace. You can invite team members, configure branding, and manage your subscription from the workspace settings.

Forms

A form is a collection of fields that respondents fill out. Forms live inside a workspace. Each form has:

A canvas where you build and arrange fields
Settings for theme, notifications, and access control
A share link that respondents use to submit responses
A responses view where you see submitted data

Fields

Fields are the building blocks of a form. BizForms supports over 20 field types including text inputs, dropdowns, file uploads, signatures, date pickers, and payment fields. Each field has validation rules, labels, helper text, and optional conditional logic.

Submissions / Responses

When a respondent completes your form and clicks Submit, their data is recorded as a response. You can view responses in a table, export them as CSV, or receive them by email notification. In Storage Mode, responses are encrypted before they reach the server.

Plans

BizForms has four plans: Free, Basic, Pro, and Business. Features like AI generation, end-to-end encryption, payments, and HIPAA mode are gated to specific plans. You can always see your current plan and limits in Settings → Subscription Plan.

The app is organised into three main areas:

Forms — your form list, builder, and response table
Settings — workspace configuration, team, billing, compliance
Help — documentation and support
