Workspace & Team

Workspace Settings & Branding

Configure your workspace name, slug, timezone, and apply your brand to all forms.

Open in app

General settings

Go to Settings → General to configure workspace-level settings:

Setting Description
Workspace name Shown in the dashboard header and email notifications
Workspace slug Used in form URLs: bizforms.io/your-slug/form-name
Default notification email Fallback email for form submission alerts
Timezone Used for date/time display across the dashboard

Branding (ThemeKit)

Go to Settings → Theme to configure BizForms' ThemeKit — the set of visual options applied to all forms in your workspace.

Upload your organisation's logo. It appears at the top of all form pages and in PDF receipts. Accepted formats: PNG, SVG, WebP. Recommended size: 200×60px or wider, transparent background.

Colours

Setting Description
Primary colour Button colour, link colour, progress bar fill
Secondary colour Secondary UI elements
Page background Form page background colour or gradient

Colours accept hex codes (#1275e2) or any valid CSS colour value.

Typography

Select a font from the supported list (Google Fonts). The chosen font is applied to all form headings and body text.

Button style

Choose between Rounded, Pill, or Square button corners for submit and navigation buttons.

White-label mode

Business plan only. Removes the "Powered by BizForms" footer from all form pages. You can customise or remove the attribution text entirely.

Custom "From" email

Business plan only. Send notification emails from your own domain (e.g. forms@yourcompany.com) instead of notifications@bizforms.io. Requires DNS configuration (SPF/DKIM records).

Per-form overrides

Individual forms can override the workspace theme. In the form builder, go to Settings → Display to set a form-specific logo or primary colour that takes precedence over the workspace theme.

Previewing your branding

After configuring ThemeKit, click Preview to see how your theme looks on a sample form page before saving.
