Inviting Team Members
Add team members to your workspace, manage invitations, and remove members.

A seat is one active workspace member. Pending invitations that haven't been accepted do not count against your seat limit.
Inviting a member
- Go to Settings → Team
- Click Invite member
- Enter the invitee's email address
- Select their role (Admin or Member — see Roles & Permissions)
- Click Send invite
The invitee receives an email with an invitation link. The link expires after 7 days. If it expires, resend the invite from the Pending invitations list.
If the invitee doesn't have a BizForms account, they'll be prompted to create one when they accept. Their account is free — only your workspace consumes a seat on your plan.
Pending invitations
The Pending invitations section shows invites that haven't been accepted yet. You can:
- Resend the invite email
- Revoke the invitation (removes the link)
Removing a member
- Find the member in the Team members list
- Click the ⋯ menu next to their name
- Click Remove from workspace
Removed members immediately lose access to all forms and responses. Their past response exports remain in your workspace.
Transferring ownership
There can only be one Owner per workspace. To transfer ownership:
- Go to Settings → Team
- Click ⋯ → Transfer ownership next to the target Admin
- Confirm the transfer — you will be downgraded to Admin
The new Owner has full control including billing.
Seat overages
If you try to invite a member when all seats are occupied, BizForms will prompt you to upgrade your plan. You cannot exceed your seat limit without upgrading.
