Form Settings

Configure your form's title, notifications, access controls, and submission behaviour.

Form settings are accessible via the Settings tab in the toolbar. They are divided into several panels:

General

Setting Description
Form name Internal name shown in your dashboard (not visible to respondents)
Form title Displayed at the top of the form page
Form description Shown below the title on the form page
Slug The URL-friendly identifier (bizforms.io/f/your-slug). Must be unique in your workspace.

Submission behaviour

Setting Description
Success message Text or HTML shown to respondents after submitting. Default: "Thank you for your response."
Redirect URL If set, respondents are redirected to this URL after submitting instead of seeing the success message
Allow multiple submissions Toggle whether the same browser can submit more than once
Save and resume Allows respondents to save partial progress and return later (Pro+)

Access and visibility

Setting Description
Status Draft (not accepting responses) or Published (live)
Access password Respondents must enter this password to view the form
Close date Automatically stop accepting responses at a specific date and time
Max responses Automatically close the form after this many submissions

Notifications

Setting Description
Email notification Send an email alert to a specified address on each new submission
Reply-to field Map a form field as the reply-to address (useful for contact forms)
Include response data Whether to include full response data in the notification email

Display

Setting Description
Conversational mode One-question-at-a-time presentation
Progress bar Show a progress indicator at the top of multi-section forms
Submit button label Custom text for the submit button (default: "Submit")
Logo Override the workspace logo for this specific form
Primary colour Override the workspace theme colour for this form

Storage Mode (E2E encryption)

Enabling Storage Mode encrypts all responses end-to-end. This is configured per form. See Storage Mode for full details.

Danger zone

  • Duplicate form — creates a copy of the form and all its fields (responses are not copied)
  • Delete form — permanently deletes the form and all responses. Cannot be undone.
