Account Setup

Set up your BizForms account, verify your email, and configure your profile.

Open in app

Creating your account

Visit app.bizforms.io/signup and enter your name, email address, and a password. Passwords must be at least 8 characters.

After submitting, check your inbox for a verification email from BizForms. Click Confirm Email to activate your account. The link expires after 24 hours — if it expires, you can request a new one from the login page.

Logging in

Go to app.bizforms.io/login and enter your email and password. If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot password to receive a reset link.

Your profile

Your profile settings are in Settings → General → Profile. From here you can:

  • Update your display name
  • Change your email address (requires re-verification)
  • Change your password

Account security

We recommend using a strong, unique password and storing it in a password manager. BizForms does not currently offer two-factor authentication — this is on the roadmap.

Note: If you use Storage Mode (end-to-end encryption), your account password is separate from your encryption private key. Resetting your password does not affect your encryption key.

Deleting your account

To delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings → Data & Export → Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Export your data first if you need a copy.
